The real estate developments planned as part of the Las Vegas Monorail Project were led by TransMAX's real estate development arm, York Capital Group. As co-founder and managing member of York Capital, Ebbie Khan Nakhjavani was responsible for overseeing and managing all real estate development activities associated with TransMAX’s vision for reshaping mobility in the city.

This high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly system transforms how people traverse the city, creating a greener, more accessible Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Monorail has spurred development around its stations, leading to the creation of integrated mixed-use spaces that include hotels, dining establishments, retail outlets, and entertainment venues.  By expanding access and enriching the surrounding areas, these developments further solidify Las Vegas’s reputation as a premier destination while enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
