In his role, Boyd oversees all aspects of legal affairs, including contract negotiations, risk assessment, and corporate governance, ensuring each project aligns with both the company’s goals and regulatory requirements. Boyd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, Provo Utah and his Juris Doctor from University of Virginia School of Law.
