Dr. Giorgio Berta

Dr. Giorgio Berta serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for EKN Development’s Europe office, contributing his extensive expertise in financial and corporate consulting. A founding partner of Studio BNC, Giorgio specializes in accounting, fiscal management, and corporate restructuring.

He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bergamo and is a licensed chartered accountant. Giorgio also lectures at the University of Bergamo and serves as a board member and auditor for numerous companies, including public entities.
