Enrico Felli

Enrico Felli serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for EKN Development’s Europe office, where he provides strategic oversight and legal expertise to support the company’s international operations and growth initiatives. Specializing incorporate and commercial law, Enrico has extensive experience in restructuring, contract negotiation, acquisitions, and crisis management.

In addition to his corporate legal practice, Enrico holds the office of director and statutory auditor for numerous companies, leveraging his membership in the Register of Statutory Auditors. He is also enrolled in the Register of Experts by appointment of the Court. An accomplished author and speaker, he contributes to thought leadership in banking, business, and professional sectors. Enrico earned his law degree from the University of Milan and has been admitted to the Bar since 1987.
