Katie Groat is an integral employee of EKN Development. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Katie excels at navigating EKN Development's fast-paced and dynamic environment. She has an innate ability to seamlessly bridge the board, senior management, and external relations, ensuring that every stakeholder is aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail play a pivotal role in ensuring that EKN's mission of fostering authentic growth and building transformative spaces is not just a vision but a reality that is consistently met.

Since January 2023, Katie has been supporting Ebbie Nakhjavani, the Founder and CEO of EKN Development. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Katie earned a bachelor's degree in Deaf Studies.
