Rochester Hotel Indigo Official Opening

EKN Development Group with its partners is proud to announce the opening of their Hotel Indigo in Rochester, Minnesota. Located at 220 S Broadway Ave in Downtown Rochester, the now open 178-room Hotel Indigo marks the completion of an 18-month renovation and re-positioning of the former Downtown Rochester Holiday Inn. The Grand Opening for the hotel is scheduled for April of this year after completion and opening of the 9500-square-foot Crave restaurant.

Guests and locals will enjoy the dynamic and passionate energy of Crave American Kitchen and Sushi Bar, known for its fresh sushi and award-winning wine list. The restaurant is designed with a crystal-clear retractable glass roof, the first of its kind in Rochester and vertically retractable glass window wall to provide a unique panoramic indoor/outdoor dining experience.

The redevelopment transformed the building into a light and airy luxury experience fully integrated with the essence of Rochester. The Hotel Indigo was developed with health and wellness at its core. With chic, sleekly modern style, the hotel offers guests a spacious fitness center, atrium lounge and ballroom, and convenient examination room. The examination room’s design was the result of collaboration with medical advisers and intended for doctors, nurses, and caregivers to offer preliminary examinations for hotel guests without the need to leave the hotel. The Hotel Indigo provides access to the network of roadways and sky-ways which connect all the Mayo Clinic facilities in Rochester and enables patients and families to easily arrange visits and stay close to loved ones.
